*Billing Address and Shipping Address:*
- Billing Address: Where a consumer receives bills from the company.
- Shipping Address: Where the consumer wants to receive the shipment.

*Scope of Delivery:*
We deliver nationwide. To ensure timely delivery, consumers are urged to provide accurate details in the specified format during order placement.

*Delivery Location:*
Delivery times are estimated based on the PIN code. Delivery commences from the shipping date, and orders are processed within three working days.

*Transit Time:*
Orders are processed for invoicing and dispatched within 3 working days from the consumer's order date.

*Delayed Supply:*
1. Company commits to on-time delivery.
2. In case of delay, consumers can request order cancellation, and any deposit will be refunded as per our cancellation policy.
3. If delivery is not feasible, consumers can return the product according to our return policy.

- Orders below INR 2500: Applicable delivery charges

*Lost in Transit:*
If a shipment is lost, Dr. Nature waits for 15 days before re-shipping. Consumers can cancel the order if needed.

*Mode of Delivery:*
Delivery can be through courier/logistics or direct seller. Completion is acknowledged through receipt or the Dr. Nature App.

*Packaging & Handling:*
Dr. Nature provides free packaging and handling to ensure products are well-protected during transit.

*Transit Risk:*
All orders are fully insured. Dr. Nature re-processes orders in case of loss during transit.
