He pursued his career as a research scholar for the Indian Council of Agriculture (Govt. of India) at a National Research Centre. For his tireless efforts and contributions to the industry, Mr. T.P. Tiwari has received multiple important honours, including the Udhyog Ratna Award, Healthcare Excellence Award, and Business Leader of the Year Award.

Ms. Anamika Tiwari is a Science Graduate, who also holds a Post Graduate in Computer Science and PG diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences. She is also a Director of Vritika Herbotech, Vanisha Organics, and Indiana Agribiotech. Ms. Tiwari is an important part of Dr. Nature Wellness’ IT policies and is a pillar of support for the company. Being a nature lover herself, she likes to keep a very keen interest in all the developmental activities of Dr. Nature Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Pritam Dadhich joined Dr Nature in December 2021 and brought with him a vast experience of almost two and a half decades in Govt, Non-Govt, and Corporate sectors. He holds a post-graduate degree in Agricultural Sciences, a PG Diploma in Sustainable Rural Development and a Certificate course in Agri-Business Management. He has worked in various capacities in different fields like Rural Development, Skill Development, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Channel Marketing.

Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma joined Dr. Nature Wellness Pvt. Ltd. in July 2025, bringing over 25 years of rich experience in the agriculture industry. Prior to joining the Company, he held key positions with renowned organizations including Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd., Dharati Agro Biotech, Rich Field Fertilisers Pvt. Ltd., and Manshiyan Marketing Pvt. Ltd. As the Head of Agriculture Division & Procurement, he leads the Company's agricultural business initiatives, raw material procurement, and farmer outreach programs, contributing significantly to Dr. Nature Wellness's mission of promoting sustainable agriculture and delivering quality agricultural solutions

Dr. Pankaj Singh is a qualified Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) with a Master Diploma in Clinical Research & Development from Cranfield University, United Kingdom. He joined Dr. Nature Wellness Pvt. Ltd. in August 2021, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and clinical development.
Throughout his career, Dr. Singh has participated in 150+ national and international research conferences across the USA, UK, Europe, and Asia, earning several recognitions for his contributions to medical research. As a Lead Consultant Physician and the Co-founder of Research & Development Team, he leads product research, formulation development, and scientific validation at Dr. Nature Wellness. He is also a highly regarded corporate trainer, conducting sessions on health & wellness, diseases, product knowledge, and clinical research, empowering associates with scientific and practical insights.
